An in-house lab operated by experienced scientists provides real-time cannabinoid monitoring. The lab is an integral part of the farming practice at Hepworth Ag Inc, ensuring the management and production of the highest quality "seed to sale" hemp-derived CBD.  Third-party Certified labs guarantee THC- free compliance on all our hemp and certify the quality and integrity of our products.

Through our partnership with Wessels Family Farms,  one of the premier greenhouses in the NorthEast that supplies millions of seedlings to farmers in the Hudson Valley, we have access to choosing our own genetic varieties.  Together with High Grade Hemp Seed and Oregon CBD genetics, we produce best-in-class CBD with proven compliance, feminization, and cannabinoid levels. 

With 12 family-owned multi-generational farms, spanning over 200 acres of the Hudson Valley, our harvest is the product of over a 1000 years of combined experience in agricultural science.   Our collection of farms all grow organically and our main farm, Hepworth Farms, is GAP, USDA & NOFA-NY Certified, utilizing a "whole-alive-systems" farming approach.

Our team of over 100 family members & workers hand harvest our crops to ensure we have complete plant utilization. Our hands-on approach allows us to maximize the quality of the trichomes in our flower as well as manage and uphold a zero organic waste policy.​

We extract our CBD from our organically grown hemp on-site in Milton, NY. We use ethanol extraction which allows for more control on our output, and a triple distillate process that produces a distillate with a minimum of 80% CBD.

THC remediation is the process of separating the psychoactive cannabinoid, THC, from the CBD, leaving only a purified oil that maintains its original plant profile with minor cannabinoid ratios intact. By offering  THC remediation to New York hemp growers, we can create cannabinoid-rich and USDA compliant CBD oil that can be legally distributed interstate and even globally.
