Jason brings rich experience in commercial litigation, corporate law and agricultural law to his role providing HSG counsel on all matters in this complex industry. Jason was born and raised on a 500-acre apple farm in Clintondale, NY and is a proud HSG farmer dedicated to serving clients in the hemp industry.

Chris is the senior technical executive responsible for technical vision, strategy, execution, and business impact. Chris brings over 35 years of commercial product development and clinical experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, in both large corporation and start-up environments. Result-oriented experience includes all phases of product development, from R&D, marketing and operations, through clinical trials, regulatory, sales and service.

Michael has studied and cultivated Cannabis for over 30 years. He is a registered farmer in Jamaica and brings a wealth of expertise about this special plant to HSG. His breadth of experience growing produce informs him in our commercial agriculture operation. Diane brings over 30 years of experience in sales and management to her role overseeing sales for HSG. She specializes in legal document preparation, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Her licenses and certifications include American Bar Association (ABA) approved paralegal, Dutchess County certified mediator, NYS licensed real estate broker, and notary public.

Jorge has 15+ years of experience in business development, commercial management, HR & marketing. Jorge assists HSG in developing a sales plan focusing on channels and strategic partners, as well as analyzing market trends to provide insights for growth. Adosh runs the testing and analysis laboratory at HSG, which quantifies
cannabinoid profiles. He brings over 25 years of R&D experience in chemical analysis and materials characterization. He is currently CTO at
NanoTheranostic, which develops novel nanomaterials for medical applications. He has authored over 40 papers, holds 4 patents, and has a
Masters in Chemical & Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

DIANE DUFFUS
Diane applies decades of field science experience to scouting our hemp crops for pests and diseases, as well as collecting and testing plant samples. She maintains our horticultural databases and documentation for all cultivar samples and test results, including digital microscopy and photography. She also creates educational materials for HSG.

Gerry Greco has 20 years of experience in the farming industry as executive assistant to Amy Hepworth. She is responsible for documenting daily farm activities, managing social media posts, overseeing H2A VISA guest workers, including translation, assisting in payroll, and running Hepworth’s farms CSA and local farmer’s market. Gerry is fluid in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Carlington is the Manager of Production at Hepworth Farms, responsible for our greenhouses and packing house facilities. His background as a professional chef in the hospitality industry provides experience with our Food Safety protocols and production efficiencies. During the HSG hemp harvest, Carlington also coordinates transportation logistics.

David has 5 years of experience working with Management Information Systems and four year as a member of the Hepworth Farms team. He is passionate about using technology to impact safety and efficiency within the operations of Hepworth Ag. As part of his nearly completed BSc. in Psychology (final year), David is fascinated with the connection between behavior and mental processes.

Tashoya brings 5 years of experience in various areas of agricultural production and hemp processing to her roles as production manager at HSG. She is responsible for the supervision and management of the day to day business end of production. Her background in nursing fuels her belief that hemp has the power to contribute to the betterment of human health.

Leon brings 13 years work experience across the hospitality industry, law enforcement, and software engineering. He uses his experience to provide stringent measures in security management and provide technical support to ensure that HSG services are of the highest quality. Studying Information Technology— IT Management at Purdue University Global and a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Extension coding bootcamp, Leon’s computer programming skills are used to help develop the HSGcbd.com website.
